The location was great and stunning, just off the arches, and the historical center of the city of Monopoli on the Adriatic coast. Furthermore, on the raised area with a sea view.

The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. The hotel is very clean - to the point of impressive. It is a small very elegant hotel - more of a high end bread and breakfast. There is a small soaking pool, a good restaurant; but there is not a spa, workout room or other amenties.
The price point was a bit too high - especially since the picture of the room available on line was not the room I was assigned - no view, no high ceiling etc. I was also a bit concerned with the exchange of linens. When they realized that I was single, they removed towels and left me with one large and one small towel. The small towel was soiled and put back on the rack. There are no pool towels supplied. Although my stay was enjoyable, I think the value for the money is not there.

A real gem of a hotel - great seaside spot in a filmset location, wonderful individual rooms and great terraced restaurant overlooking the sea. Monopoli old town is a fantastic place to walk around with great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Possible more staff needed on the terrace for drinks requests etc, but understand that it is a boutique hotel

just perfect. The room, the bath, the pool area, the view....just amazing. Also location is perfect, calm but still very close to center of Monopoli. Also the staff was friendly and always helping
of course in a boutique Hotel you can not expect huge breakfast buffet. It was enough choice but there should have been different things from time to time. Meaning after 5 days it got borring eating always exactly the same ham, cheese or cake.

Clean place with STUNNING views and best possible location in a restricted area. Location right by the historical center of the city of Monopoli, areas to enjoy and to relax, and transport to-and-from the train station.
